We are proud to be one of the only kitchens in New Mexico To offer USDA Prime cuts and original Wagyu. Our steaks are aged for maximum tenderness and flavor. Prepared on our state of the art wooden charcoal grill, we aim to please both the steak connoisseur and the occasional indulger. We are proud to be a part of the Never Ever Program – our steak and seafood contains no GMOs, no hormones or antibiotics. We only carry the finest organic, free range, grass fed meat and wild fish.

All of our cocktails are handmade from scratch by our talented mixologists, with a premier selection of spirits and no pre-made mixers. We are happy to provide a variety of local, American, and international beers as well.
